When you place your order, it will be sent to the print lab closest to you. All orders are fulfilled locally thanks to our international network of print labs located in Australia, UK, Europe, and USA, which allow us to produce products closer to our customers, reducing carbon emissions associated with transportation and lowering shipping costs.

Delivery times depend on the product you have ordered. Unframed prints are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days. Framed prints are usually dispatched within 3-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Expect shipping times of 2-14 business days once your order has left our print lab.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day returns policy for damaged or incorrect items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. More information can be found here.

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure that you receive a replacement product or a refund.

Art Department is based in Sydney, Australia. We work with print labs located in Melbourne, UK, Europe, and USA.

We offer two paper types: Enhanced Matte Art (EMA) paper and Hahnemühle Photo Rag (HPR). EMA, a 200gsm museum-quality paper, provides a smooth finish and works well with colorful graphics or illustrations. The matte finish highlights various tones in the artwork. Our framed prints use EMA paper, while frameless prints are available in both EMA and HPR.
Hahnemühle Photo Rag, a premium 320gsm heavyweight fine art paper made from 100% cotton, is acid-free, pH neutral, and fade-resistant. Popular among photographers, artists, and printmakers, this premium paper ensures prints retain their quality over time.
